Burn The Books! : Historically, There Have Always Been Villains Whose Overt Mission Was To Establish The Alternate History. And, Occasionally, Citizens Do Rise - Like The Phoenix - To Anchor Some Semblance Of Fundamental Human Rights - As Did Occur Following The Second World War With The Nuremberg And Tokyo War Crimes Tribunals. 

The Greatest Evil Occurs : When Autocrats Employ Military Squads To Quell Domestic Peaceful Citizenry Protests (Remembering That The CIA Developed The "Stay Behind" Gladio Forces To Create Havoc At Gatherings). Mental Illness Overcomes 1/6 Of The U.S. Population In All Fields Of Society - There Is No Immunity.
